West leads the ten of clubs, and declarer wins with the king and leads a small heart. Partner wins with the king and leads the five of clubs. Declarer wins that with the queen and leads the two of spades. You win with the queen and lead the jack of spades which holds, partner playing the five of spades then the six, normal count. What next?
