This time it accepts an invite to slam with the minimum 22 HCP explained for 2♣;2NT and with 4333 shape.

GIBBO certainly understands invitational bids. That's why it accepted your invitation. What GIBBO doesn't understand is what it is supposed to respond to an invitation. Sort of similar to how GIBBO understands offshape takeout doubles enough to make one, but has no idea what do do later in the auction.
