Has anyone used Dealmaster Pro+ in the last year or so? I see if for sale (subscription, I think) for $35.
I'm a long-time user of the old Dealmaster Pro, and still active with it...running on Windows 10 on my Macs under Parallels. (It won't run on Windows 11, as W-11 is missing some Visual FoxPro files.)
I would upgrade to Pro+ if it really works and has comparable features. The last I knew, it was not being designed to run large-scale simulations. My old Dealmaster Pro handles up to 9999 deals. I frequently investigate 1000, 2000, or 5000 to get statistically significant results with fairly narrow bounds. What are Pro+'s capabilities here?

I bought Dealmaster Pro years ago and was looking forward to upgrading to a version with a modernized interface and maybe some additional features. I was greatly disappointed when the new owners finally came up with a new version after years without upgrades, but only offered a subscription model with no discounts for previous owners.
My Dealmaster Pro works just fine in a Windows computer, so I have no real reason to upgrade for the few times a months when I may want to run a simulation. There are also several free options these days that do basically the same thing as Dealmaster Pro so I don't see much reason for anybody to get the prescription version.
I usually run around 200 deals in my simulations. With the vagaries of double dummy results compared to actual single dummy results, I don't see any need to get any more accuracy in the double dummy results. I'm looking for general results. If a slam is a 60% favorite, that's as close as I need as an estimate. A few percent either way doesn't matter much. What would be significant for me is a 30% result, and 200 deals if more than enough to see that difference.
