Somebody gave the identical hand before, but 5-1-0-7 instead of 6-0-0-7. I'm no Zar fanatic, but that looks like an opening to me.

In SA...um, 2♠. Not a lot of other choices here.

I have no idea what is right, but with two voids I'll expect that 4♠ dissuades partner from his own aspirations in the red suits. 4♠ also causes serious trouble for the opponents in assessing their aspirations in the red suits. I'll pay off to partner having four clubs and a stiff spade.

4S? You'll also pay off to opps big when partner has a red 5-5 and you run out of trump to set up your clubs.

ANY gambling bid will work if partner has the right hand, but 4S is unilateral/masterminding. Partner will raise to 6S (happened yesterday) on x Axxxx AKQx Ax

1C/1S/pass are my sane choices and either one could work.

Although I usually hate to "back-in" to auctions, I vote for pass now and come in like gangbusters with a 2-suited bid later. Partner will have a good picture of this hand then.

1S is my second choice.

I have just opened 4♠ white-on-red. This shows, as I understand things at IMPs, a bunch of spades and within four tricks of my bid (using 2-3-4 count), or within three tricks if conservative preempting. With a stronger hand, I'd open 4♦ Namyats (if used), 1♠, or 2♣.

Partner has five covers, with a small stiff in spades. So, he expects that we will plausibly take my six (or seven) tricks, plus his five, for eleven or twelve tricks. So, he might consider slam if our style is conservative as to a 4♠ call.

However, he should analyze this a step further. That stiff in spades does not help trump holdings like AQxxxxx at all. I will likely need a finesse to work, plus the right split.

So, opposite a white-on-red 4♠ opening, partner better not raise to 6♠ with that hand.

What does a jump shift by a PH mean in your methods? I could see bidding 2♠ if you're playing strong JS by UPH and haven't discussed by PH.
