I also bid 3C at the table and my pard bid 3NT with:

which go down a lot (with Club QTx behind), should my pard pass 3C?
or this is just one unlucky hand?

So we got to a vul game that needed 2-2 clubs and not the best opening lead? I've been in worse.

without the A I wouldn't do it, with AJ98xxx definitely. Partner's 3NT is ok as well. Unlucky imo.
