We open an artificial and limited 1D. 2m openings are limited and promise 6 cds.

Thinking about what dbls should mean at various levels. How about...

2-level...negative
3C..........negative


3D-3S...thrump dbl (asks for a stopper, else majors up the line) but penalty if they are vul and we are nv

4L.........penalty but negative if we are vul and they are nv
