Dont know if bug or not but at matchpoints could 3diamonds be last makeable contract?

Or maybe should bid 3NT and count on gib blocking heart suit

There definitely seems to be a bug -- why was West's initial pass explained as showing a minor opening? It seems like that explanation should go with South's 1♣.
