GIB responds to my 1 opener with a forcing 1NT. Given North's cards, this should be in preparation for a delayed limit raise with 3-card support. But then GIB passes my 2 bid -- and did this also at the other two tables where opener rebid 2 or 2.

I'm speculating this is because GIB doesn't have a sequence that fits a 13-point hand in this situation. The hand isn't strong enough for a 2/1 bid, but it's outside the stated range for 1NT (GIB apparently able to swallow that) and also too strong for a limit raise (where GIB blows a transistor and passes).

Thanks for reporting. It seems something failed. It will be fixed.
