Unusual 2NT

GIB's system notes say:
GIB only does Unusual NT with intermediate hands, xx-KQxxxx KQxxx, for example
Since this example hand seems pretty close to the one West actually held, could you please tell us specifically what GIB's requirements are for the bid under various conditions?

One of these both should be corrected as currently GIB has two ranges and no up limit.
In Nonevuln >=12TP
In Vuln >=15TP
In the upper hand it has 14TP which makes 2♦ in V, and 2NT in NV.

The upper hand has 15 TP. 11HCP+3(singleton)+1(doubleton) unless you can point at the GIB total point calculator.

Clearly states singleton is 2, not 3, just like virtually every bridge book teaches.
