How do I find tournament rules?

Occasionally a tournament says "read the rules".

On the old Windows version of BBO no problem.

But how do I access them from the web version?

From the tournament list, you can click the "More" option to get rules set by the TD if you mean those.

That's what I used to do on the Windows version.

But I can't find it on the web version. Please explain further.

You're right, it's not there. More shows the tourney description, not the rules.
