Is there any way I can attach small files to these messages on BBO forums, so that BBO forums members can download them & use them.

If not, is there any other way to share files with BBO forum users other than by sending email. Your suggestions welcome.

For example you can upload them to your website (there are plenty of sites where you can make a website for free) and add a link directly to the file so you don't really have to make a website yourself.

there is (or was) an option in chat dialog to add movie (or file i guess), but it's never worked for me... numerous people have tried to help, but it just does not work...
