An auction tonight and discussion post mortem suggested an idea. The idea principles can be tweaked for your agreement. Suppose that the auction starts with a spade opening, heart 2/1 GF response, and fast arrival to Four Hearts by Opener. Suppose also that Opener denies 2 with the Queen for a fast arrival. Assume that 4NT is normally 1430 or RKCB. Space is not efficient.

If Opener has 2, we are bidding slam, so he might as well just answer 6H (or cue above 5H). If Opener has 0, we aren't going to slam, so he might as well bid 5H.

If Opener has 1 and bids 5D like expected in RKCB, we cannot ask about the trump Queen, so 1430 makes more sense. So, we bid 5C with 1.

This leaves 5D with no meaning, if you adjust all of the responses as suggested. So, what can 5D show?

One option is my idea of two but one is the trump King (bidding past 5H with 2 Aces). Another might be to show some other nuance like number of kings or general feeling.

What if 4S would have been kickback? Then, you can have 5H as bust 0, 5S or higher as 2, and 4NT+ as various nuances of 1. Maybe 5D as 1 with the diamond King, 5C as 1 with the club King (5D then asking for the trump Queen), and 4NT as 1 with the spade King or Queen (5D invites slam if King, 5C asks if trump Queen with Opener replying 5D if yes but only spade Queen).

I think that this could be developed more.

1 - 2; 4 - 4NT
==
5 = 0
5 = 1 without Q
5 = 1 with Q
5+ = 2 without Q

seems pretty obvious to me. Losing a queen ask with 0 opposite an unlimited partner seems like a bad idea - perhaps they hold 4-5 key cards in hand and that was the reason they initiated RKCB.

This is not bad either.

Disagree with your use of fast arrival.

1 - 2; 4

4 should be a control poor hand. A opening hand usually suggests 4+ controls. Therefore the 4 bid should be made with 3 or fewer controls. The queen of hearts(trumps) is 1/2 a control. With 4 controls cue the minor ace. With AK of spades and a minor king, cue the minor king.
4 should usually lead to three passes.
