Notrump. North on lead, N/S needs 2 tricks. North leads the three of diamonds to east's ace and west has a problem. If he pitches the ♣7, east will have to lead a club and declarer will duck to the ten, endplaying west. Therefore, west ditches the ♣T. Now east is endplayed. If he leads the ♣2 or 3, south will play low and west must play the jack. North ducks and west is endplayed. Alternatively, if east leads the ♣9, south covers, west covers, and north ducks, leaving west with ♣J7 leading into ♣A8.
Note that the following position (N/S needing 3 tricks) doesn't work:


South cashes the ♦A and west discards the ♣T or J. Now if south leads the queen, west covers, but east's 9 is protected.
