4 says "2+,forcing". I think it is best to say "1+,forced",right?

GIB explanations should never say "forced", even if the bid is.

I don't think North would ever bid 4 with only 1S, except maybe if he was trap-passing with 1336 distribution; I'd expect him to bid a four-card red suit.

4 has not really meaningful explanation for GIB now and it causes issues with further explanations.

Will be addressed for more appropriate meaning than just 5+ cards and super max hand.
