Why am I being shunned? Always rejected

When I said earlier, "the Acol Club which is a relatively small band of players, most of whom are really friendly and a pleasure to play with", I spoke too soon so it seems. Someone today called me a ..... well I don't think I'm allowed to post the actual word on this forum, but use your imagination. I have no idea why this person did it, but I reported them to abuse@bridgebase.com. I had no choice! Bad language is something that should never be tolerated in the chatline. At least that's where I stand - do others agree?
I just hope this individual turns out to be 'the exception which proves the rule'. And I hope the abuse team act promptly and appropriately.

And I agree, it's totally uncalled for.

First: I believe that this format would make cheating relatively difficult to pull off (I should have also mentioned that once can design this with multiple sections, each playing different boards)
Second: My primary goal is actually to stop people from complaining about cheating.

Skill discussions have always seemed to diverge on concept and solution. That is a much harder one to solve to the satisfaction of a large audience.

"Acol AND (NOT (Expert OR Private))"
within the collection of member profiles?

Individual search terms might be useful (SAYC, precision, udca, ...)
I am not sure if it is the best way to match players of same playing skill. That might be nice for experts but annoying for beginners.
EDIT:
Quote
Main Completion Rate (MCR) is an automatically computed statistic for everyone who plays normal games on BBO in the Main or Relaxed Bridge rooms.
It tracks how often a player finishes a hand he begins.

You have guessed correctly that the word begins with a consonant. If I reveal that it refers to something vaguely anatomical, that narrows it down a lot further, but I won't say more than that!
The point being: I suppose I'm fairly thick-skinned about such things - years of internet surfing and forumming have taught me that! But others may not be. We don't want good friendly players scared away from BBO for something like this.
I've so far just had the standard reply from abuse@. I asked for more feedback, but I don't expect I'll get any. I can just hope this individual will think better of it in future.

I am guessing p, c or d but I doubt we have enough information to guess the exact word (not that it really matters).
