Bidding after 1 over one with at least inv and 5-5

I found somewhere (very likely in Gazzili by Lauria from NewInBridge) that Lauria-Versace in sequences 1H-1S, 1H-1NT and 1S-1NT rebid 3 in minor with 5M-5m and 15-21HCP range. Any ideas how to bid afterwards?

Using Gazzilli you would rebid 1M-1N-2C* with a strong

HCP hand. A jump to 3m would show 14-16 if 5-5 shape.
