I issued the last round challenge to "el mister" originally last Monday (was travelling over the weekend). He has still not accepted, nor befriended me, so I cannot play my boards.
I have reissued the challenge, but we are now beyond the deadline. I will report if anything happens in the next 2 days.

Yes and used for seeding the events. It also depreciates 10% after each new event.
