Professional or amateur, have you got a weird sporting moment to share? This really made me laugh :)

I'm more a rugby fan than a football (soccer) fan but I've just been reading the rules regarding a penalty shootout. If the keeper stayed on the line and waited for the ball to bounce back to him, he could have saved it, could he not? Maybe I have got this wrong?

Incidentially, if I were the goalie, I would blame FIFA. If we still were playing with leather footballs...

yes he could have stayed on his line to save it or come out to get it. he's just supposed to not move towards the ball until it's been kicked.

It's simply amazing that the ball had so much backspin that it was able to do that; the goalie can hardly be faulted for not anticipating it. Are we sure this wasn't staged?

That was awesome!

Best in baseball was Jose Canseco hitting a home run..... with his head and for the other team.

Best in baseball was Jose Canseco going back to the warning track to catch a fly ball and having it bounce off his head and over the fence for a home run.

Found a video of it: https://www.youtube....h?v=UbIHRGUesZQ
