I thought it was an interesting problem.
I checked that Gib(N) would have bid 2♠ with
K62
QJ
8643
T754,
so maybe GiB(W) was able to rule out North having ♥QJ doubleton.
Not the full answer, but...

Have played thousands of hands. While I have objected to GUBBO strongly it is 99% in the area of bidding especially competitive bidding. Play and Defense mostly excellent.
Not once have I had any suspicion that it is cheating. I play only moneybridge.
Now the deal generator is another matter. Been watching that closely. That is one un-monitored area I think. And have heard similarly from other moneybridge players.

You sound like you can't be convinced. That is usually true of people who hold conspiracy theories, which "GIB cheats" is, since if it were true it means everyone at BBO is colluding to lie to you.
Please let me know about any questions or interest or bug reports about GIB.

Hi Josh
Hans van Stavern put together a nice proposal that can be used to prove that tournament organizers are not biasing their hand generation algorithm.
The WBF has adopted it for use in their (serious) tournaments.
If the tinfoil hat club ever gets to be too annoying you might consider implementing this

As the saying goes, "Even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in a while". It may seem GIB has your number, but GIB has everybody's number

I think GUBBO has my number for sure 'cos a couple of times the phone rang and a disembodied and disemboweled voice said "May the force be with you".
Some may have wondered about the tinfoil comment by hrothgar. Per google:
A tin foil hat is a hat made from one or more sheets of aluminium foil, or a piece of conventional headgear lined with foil, worn in the belief or hope that it shields the brain from threats such as electromagnetic fields, mind control, and mind reading.
