We sometimes criticize BBO, but here I would like to say that a great Job was done with the new GUI.
A good look that streamlines our use.

At least BBO have their priorities straight...

Would you like a Horse and a Buggy to go with that?

I use the teaching table, alone and with friends, to solve problems and work out errors in my play, and system improvements.
It is the most valuable resource for learning Bridge that I have encountered.
Websites are the next most valuable.
Then books,
Then playing a lot,
Then the Forum,
And a distant last is everything else.

What I find disappointing are complaints that lack any specificity.
It's a bit like saying cars are great but I really enjoyed chatting with the Horse.
Programmers are unable to read your mind. If you do not say exactly which elements you want to improve, how can they prioritise them and improve the service.

Pardon us for not reiterating things we have complained about, very specifically, for years, when BBO obviously does not give a flying fig about user experience.

Sure, you're pardoned.
There seem to be a few users that are happy (and grateful). I'm one of them.

Possibly the only thing that bothers me is that when a comment, suggestion or issue is raised either via support@ or here on the Forum, it is rarely acknowledged as being noted.

Mind you, there are so many complaints that it's easy to understand why a response of 'Thank you for your comment, we are investigating it / added it to our priority list" is so uncommon.

Compared to an international open consumer feedback board where there may be hundreds of thousands of new users every year, and thousands of issues (many the same) every day, the number of complaints about BBO is really pretty miniscule. Probably no more than 2 or 3 a day on average from what I have seen over the years, and many days with no complaints. It couldn't take more than about 5=-10 minutes a day to just post a canned response to each complaint.

At various points, somebody from BBO would respond to GIB questions for a few days, and then they would disappear for months or years. You would think they would try to take care of their customers better since paid GIB tournaments was their major sources of income. With the pandemic, non robot tournaments are probably their biggest source of income, but live games will probably return in force next year, making robot games the largest source of income once again.
