New tab for Bidding Quiz Answers and Exper't Opinions

I found the bidding quiz results and expert's comments, but it was not easy to find.
It was down a few pages in the tab you have to go to.
Here is a suggestion: I think there should be a separate BBO Prime bidders challenge: Panel Comments tab that we can click on that contains a menu where we can select the month we are interested in. IE. a more direct route to this, rather than having it in among all the other articles.

We will add a new menu for this in the BBO Prime area.
