Right now, we (in the UK) must wear masks when playing F2F Club Bridge (and I can't see it being relaxed soon). This is making play difficult and for some so difficult they choose not to play. Is it possible for to play our weekly Club Bridge game on BBO? How would we do that?

It certainly is possible to do that. How you do it depends (I think) on how much expertise you have in your club and whether you want to collect payment via BBO. I'd suggest contacting the EBU for advice, assuming that your club is affiliated.

I think a lot more clubs use other platforms than BBO in the UK, I know ours does. When our club restarted F2F only about 4 tables turned up so they swiftly went back online.

EBU has "virtual clubs" on BBO. You can contact them and ask how to go about holding your club games online. Or, if you're thinking of a social get together, free games, no $ or points involved, you can email us at tournaments@bridgebase.com and ask for permission to create tournaments on BBO.

Thanks looking at other (more local) clubs it seems like there's a possible solution involving real time video and speech.

I play in two EBU affiliated local clubs that use BBO, and one club that uses video and speech on a different platform. I much prefer the BBO experience.
