editing entries in chat manager

In the last week or so, chat manager has stopped accepting editing of entries. New iteration of BBO software, I guess.

I am running under Chrome, if that matters.

Has anyone else noticed this?

Yes, happened to me also. There was an software upgrade, compatibility stars now show.

However, you can add new scripts words (delete the old chat).

I have encountered same problem; done some searching and cant find solution. Have to delete message and retype new one.

I've had this problem for several weeks. Reported it to BBO support, but got no solution. Any help appreciated. It's really annoying
