Suddenly, my lever of 47 has gone back to 1.

Have worked very hard to achieve.

Pls look into it and correct.

There's a bug that occasionally causes BXP levels to show 1. We haven't figured out what causes it yet, but it's just a temporary display glitch.

'Yet' being since day 1 of BXP when I reported the same bug.

I cannot live with undiagnosed or easily fixable bugs in my own business, I would hope (notwithstanding the evidence) that BBO feel the same.
In the light of that, I feel due to report them as often as necessary, YMMV.

We're still not sure what causes it. We've got a workaround in the pipeline that will omit BXP entirely instead of showing 1, but not a true fix.

I would say not :)
At first I thought that bad bidding caused it for me, but now I've seen it happen to all three humans at a table, so maybe not.
