Did I miss an announcement that the daily free SvS tournament has been discontinued? Or is it still going on and not showing up in my feed (perhaps because BBO thinks my IP address is outside the US?)

I enjoyed that every day. I was hoping (and still hope) to see measurable improvement of BEN as the months went by, though honestly I hadn't noticed much. I hope it will be back soon.

There was some background maintenance that impacted the creation of this game, as well as a few other local daylongs (eg the Canadian one or this weekend's survivor). You should see the game again as of today. It was not discontinued. The fact it went missing for a couple days was just an unfortunate side-effect of unrelated maintenance.
