I'd lead a heart. This might be just a matter of taking A and a club, and the heart might well be going on a spade if we don't take it now.
... that would still not be conclusive proof, before someone wants to explain that to me as well as if I was a 5 year-old. - gwnn

Does it sounds like a heart is cashing on this auction? Even then, what do you think partner is doubling on?
