Asking for help here.

When I click on contact BBO, I get a pop up email screen.

I can type out a message and insert an address, no problem.

Can never send the message. No send button to click.

Click on tools and other stuff, no luck.

I have this same problem at many other company sites.

I use msn browser and etc.

Use yahoo for all my mail.

Do I need to download and install something from Msn? if so how?

I am not sure I understand. If I click on an email thing, I get a box to type a message with a "send email" button underneath it. Where do you find the contact BBO button you are using? If it is report a post, the message comes automatically to the forum moderator. Where else are you clicking?

yes, never get that send email button on the pop up box.

In lobby, I click on HELP at bottom button, then click on "email us"

Perhaps the issue is I use yahoo and this pop up email box says outlook. Do I need to download or default outlook somehow?

Under my browser, internet options, program says outlook is default email.

Still no send button, under file or tools or on toolbar.

I am trying to change default from outlook to outlook express and now I got a send button. ty all.
